Did Not Receive Payment Email To Redeem EPayment

InboxDollars members who have had their payment processed and have selected either the ePayment will receive an InboxDollars Payment Email that same day.

If you have not received your InboxDollars Payment Email by 2pm CT please check your Spam/Junk folders and for Gmail users please check your "Promotions" tab.

If you still have not located your InboxDollars Payment Email you can contact Tango Cards and request that they resend the email to the email that is on the account.  

When contacting Tango Card Support you will need to provide them with the email assigned to the account and the date your payment was processed.

Tango Card Support cannot assist with any questions regarding Swift Prepaid Visa and those questions can be directed to Swift Prepaid Visa Customer Support.

 You can also contact a Live Chat agent who can escalate your inquiry to the Accounting Department at InboxDollars to resend the Payment Email.
