Forgot your password? You can reset it yourself in about a minute. This is the fastest way back into your InboxDollars® account, with no need to contact support.
- Go to the InboxDollars Forgot Password page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account and click Submit.
- Open the password-reset email we send you and click the link inside.
- Choose a new password and sign in.
Didn't get the reset email, or the link won't open?
A few quick self-fixes clear up almost every reset problem:
- Check your junk or spam folder. If the email is there, move it to your inbox first. Reset links do not work when clicked directly from a spam folder.
- Enable pop-ups in your browser. The reset link needs pop-ups allowed to open.
- Confirm you are using the email address currently on your account.
Billy note: You will need access to the email address you have currently listed with us to reset your password. Since your password is encrypted for your security, there is not a way for us to retrieve or reset your password. Therefore, it is very important that you retain your password in case you are for any reason unable to access your current email address.
